Global Business Travel Association president and CEO Jim McMullan will resign his position,

a GBTA spokesperson on Monday confirmed. No further information was provided at press time. McMullan, global travel manager for Durham, N.C.-based Research Triangle Institute, was elected to a two-year term as GBTA president in August 2011.
