Properties in the Australasia region under hotel companies
Best Western, Choice Hotels, AccorHotels and Mantra Group now can receive virtual card authorizations through secure emails
instead of faxes. More than 700 of the four companies' properties have
integrated with Conferma Connect to enable the capability, according to virtual
card payment provider Conferma. Conferma
Connect launched in 2016 after piloting with about 75 properties in the U.K.
and Australia.
More than 20,000 properties have registered with
the program, and last year, Conferma Connect sent more than 2 million email
authorizations, according to Conferma.
