Certify partnered with Western Union to process mutual
clients' outgoing payments. With Certify Payments, clients can remit employee
expenses and vendor invoices in 48 currencies across 73 countries through an
application programing interface, can track payments and can send payment
notifications to employees automatically, according Certify CEO Bob Neveu. Certify
plans to expand the number of currencies in the next 12 months and bring the
capability to the rest of its product portfolio, including Nexonia, Tallie and
ExpenseWatch, Neveu said. In 2014, expense management tool Chrome
River similarly partnered with Western Union for crossborder payment
processing.
