Polycom CEO Andrew Miller resigned July 19 after the remote conferencing firm found "certain irregularities" in his expense reports,

according to the company. It named Bridge Growth Partners LLC managing principal and Polycom board member Kevin Parker as interim CEO. Polycom on July 23 announced that Miller "accepted responsibility" and that "amounts involved did not have a material impact on the company's current or previously reported financial statements for any period, nor did they involve any other employees."
