A partnership between Uber for Business and event management software provider Aventri, formerly known as Etouches, lets customers offer online Uber Vouchers to event attendees. This saves organizers time arranging logistics to move groups while giving guests the freedom to arrive and depart at their will. Organizers will be able to set parameters for pick-up, drop-off, time frame and ride costs.
Aventri also has launched Aventri Marketplace to give customers access to service and technology providers for events. For ground transportation assistance, the portal features Uber for Business, as well as miMeetings and EmpireCLS. The marketplace features Sciensio for attendee management, InGo for event promotion, Eved for budget management, Swiftium for onsite services, Meetingmax for reservation software, CardConnect for payment processing and Plannernet for event staffing. Aventri will roll out new partners on an ongoing basis.
