while occupancy rose 6.7 percent to 59.9 percent, according to STR. The top ADR increases included 12.1 percent in New York (to $280.78), 9.1 percent in San Francisco (to $156.85), 9 percent in New Orleans (to $96.76) and 8.3 percent in Boston (to $155.02).
