Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. reported fourth-quarter net income of $146 million
, down from $203 million in the year-earlier period. For full-year 2007, net income was $582 million, compared with $1 billion in 2006, when the company sold 56 hotels. Worldwide average daily rate during the year increased 12 percent to $184.39.
