Four Seasons Hotels Inc.'s board accepted a $3.8 billion buyout plan
from Saudi prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin AbdulAziz Alsaud's Kingdom Hotels International and Bill Gates' Cascade Investment LLC. Four Seasons founder, chairman and CEO Isadore Sharp's Triples Holdings Ltd. would retain a 10 percent stake and maintain company headquarters in Toronto. Four Seasons shareholders will consider the plan at an April meeting.
