Choice Hotels International reported a fourth-quarter net income of $18.7 million
, down 33 percent from the same quarter the year before. Choice reported a net income of $100.2 million for the full year of 2008 and expects revenue per available room for the first quarter of 2009 to drop by 12 percent.
