Carlson Hotels Worldwide introduced a comprehensive "green guide" outlining ways that properties can become eco-friendly

through recycling, reusing solid waste, reducing the use of harmful chemicals and conserving energy and water. Carlson said it plans to conduct green audits on its hotels--covering the Regent Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites By Carlson and Park Inn brands--to ensure that they are following the new guidelines.
