A U.S. hotel developer and an Indian lodging company are partnering to launch next year new full-service and select-service hotel brands in the United States and India

. John Russell, co-founder of NYLO Hotels, and Chennai-based Auromatrix are forming Advaya Hospitality, which plans to open hotels in Atlanta, Miami, New York, Phoenix and 10 Indian cities, including Chennai. The company also plans to create a fund for acquisitions in key U.S. cities, provide meeting space and business centers and eventually expand the brands globally, including development in Brazil, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Brand names were not announced.
