MUFG Union Bank, wholly owned by the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, has launched a commercial card program with MasterCard.

It will provide corporate travel and entertainment cards, purchasing cards, Executive cards and MultiCards, which combine purchasing, T&E and optional fleet cards, according to MUFG. It also will provide two virtual card products: Buyer-Initiated Payment, similar to processing payments through an Automated Clearing House, and Supplier-Initiated Payment, which processes payments by emailing card details to the supplier for processing like electronic checks.
