ExpenseAnywhere said it released a new module designed to help pharmaceutical and medical device makers track payments to physicians
for meals, gifts, in-kind contributions or
speaking fees as required by the Physician Payment Sunshine Act. In 2013, the
law will require such companies to electronically report physician payments to
the Department of Health and Human Services, which plans to post the filings on
its website.
