Bank of America Merrill Lynch updated its Works card management tool with new electronic functionality for requesting a new card.
Known as Online Account Request, new card applicants can input their own information to request a card thereby “reducing new card application processing time by as much as 50 percent,” according to BoAML. Users access the new functionality on iOS platforms through a BoAML site.
