American Express launched a digital payment service

that it said would help large and midsize companies centralize processing of multiple payment methods. The service, called Payve, provides a single electronic platform to make payments via check, Automated Clearing House, international wire transfer through existing banking relationships or through an Amex Web payment solution called Buyer Initiated Payments, according to Amex.
