Serko is integrating airline shopping content from
Routehappy into its corporate booking chatbot, Zeno. The integration, already
being tested by select Serko clients, adds both Universal Ticket
Attributes—descriptions of ticket benefits and restrictions—and Universal
Product Attributes—photos, videos and descriptive text showing in-flight
features associated with a ticket. Zeno is the first corporate online booking
tool to integrate those features, according to Routehappy, though Expedia, which owns corporate travel platform has
indicated it will do so soon. Both Zeno and Serko Online already have
integrated Routehappy Scores & Amenities, which displays amenities and
rates their quality.
