Utell Hotels & Resorts, Pegasus Solutions' hotel representation service, developed a group and event reservation service for its 6,000 member hotels.
Through the service, meeting buyers submit requests for
group accommodation and/or meeting space and assistance either through an
online inquiry form or by contacting a Utell global call center. Utell's sales
team then would respond to the request within 24 hours. The form is available
in six languages.
