Today, Cvent will announce Cvent Express, a streamlined event software for smaller meetings.

It will offer one-step event creation and drag-and-drop email design, integrate with other Cvent products and capture the data associated with small meetings and consolidate it with larger meetings spend in a central system. For the attendee, Cvent Express will provide easier website navigation, one-click registration and simple ticketing. According to the release, “Events with less complex registration have often been managed separately on a one-off basis, making it impossible for companies to have a total view of their event programs.” Cvent Express will be available in July.
