Cvent plans to release during the third quarter a strategic meetings management technology solution for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies

According to Cvent, the tool will permit meeting approval routing and review, provide per-attendee spend calculation and include reporting tools that align with provisions in the U.S. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, signed into law last year, that mandate pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical supply manufacturing companies publicly report all gifts and payments made to physicians.
