American Airlines announced 2010 service reductions in Raleigh/Durham and St. Louis
. In St. Louis, AA and regional affiliates will cut 46 daily departures and all service to 20 destinations, leaving untouched 36 daily flights to nine cities. In Raleigh/Durham, the company will eliminate nine departures and all service to three destinations.
