Travelport in Canada is providing automation to help Apollo travel agents streamline ticket exchange calculations and processing time,
at no extra charge and without cryptic commands. The solution allows "flexibility to make changes prior to exchange commitment by navigating forward and backward through the exchange process" and "can be used as a calculator tool to quote cost-of-change to the customer," Travelport announced.
