Travelport Agencia application, which Travelport called "the only travel agency desktop tool that enables Canadian agents to book all Air Canada content in an efficient and streamlined manner." A statement attributed to Custom Travel Solutions president and partner Vaughan Payne indicated that Agencia was the main reason for the planned switch. Custom Travel in 2011 won Sabre's "Peak of Excellence" award, recognizing "distinction among business leaders, innovators and passionate professionals within the travel agency community," according to the travel management company's website. The site also indicates that Custom manages more than C$80 million in client travel spending.
