Travelport Limited appointed Douglas Steenland to serve as non-executive chairman of the board of directors.

Steenland, who succeeds Jeff Clarke, since August 2011 had been the company's vice chairman. Clarke will retain his seat on Travelport's board, which he has held since 2006. The company also announced that in connection with "the recent successful comprehensive refinancing of the group," Martin Brand, Paul Schorr and Anthony Bolland resigned from the board.
