according to a joint statement by the airline and Travelport. Delta's Economy Comfort includes extra legroom, priority boarding and, on long-haul international flights, additional seat recline. By making the upgraded economy-class option available via Travelport's GDSs, Delta is revising the strategy of selling it only through direct channels. The companies described the deal as Delta's "largest ancillary service partnership to date," adding that it will enable Travelport to "integrate these merchandising capabilities into the standard travel agency desktop."
