including various quality controls and automated ticketing solutions. "The agency doesn't have to go out and sign a contract," said Travel Leaders Franchise Group president Roger Block. "They do not have to pay the initial fee—the initial license fee for a lot of software is in the high-five-figure range—and they don't have to have an IT person. We do it all for them. So there is a definite cost advantage."
