Travel Incorporated announced an automated process to identify when airline reservations warrant an overnight stay but no hotel booking was requested by travelers.

Meant to improve compliance to negotiated hotel agreements and mitigate risk by keeping tabs on travelers, the system within 24 hours flags such online or agent-assisted reservations and determines if a preferred property can be used. Travel Incorporated claimed that customers participating in a beta test realized a "16 percent improvement in hotel compliance in the first 45 days."
