The Hickory Global Partners consortium partnered with travel agency consultant Steve Reynolds,

who will serve on the Hickory management team as a "strategic advisor" and help develop "several new products" for Hickory agency partners. Those products, according to Hickory, will include "a comprehensive operational review, a suite of agency fulfillment services and solutions, and an agency management consulting service." Reynolds currently is president of the R Group consultancy.
