Sabre Holdings appointed Deborah Kerr as chief product and technology officer and Rick Simonson as CFO.

Formerly with Fair Isaac, HP Enterprise Services and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Kerr will lead Sabre's global technology organization, replacing Barry Vandevier, who last year left for tech security firm Asurion. Simonson replaces Mark Miller, "who is leaving the company to explore opportunities with other portfolio companies of TPG or Silver Lake, the two private equity firms that own Sabre," according to Sabre.
