Protravel International president Priscilla Alexander retired from the company.

She founded Protravel in 1984 and stayed on after its 2012 acquisition by Travel Leaders Group. New York-based Protravel claims annual sales of $850 million and operates 22 U.S. locations. According to a company statement, "Protravel's senior leadership team remains in place with COO Tony Shepherd now reporting directly to Travel Leaders Group CEO Barry Liben." Premium-service Protravel within Travel Leaders Group has maintained its own identity, though Travel Leaders co-chairman Mike Batt speaking last year at The Beat Live noted some back-office and mid-office integration between Protravel and Tzell, as well as co-location in London.
