Expedia disclosed in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday. The online travel agencies await U.S. Department of Justice approval to merge amid some calls for denial, especially from the hotel industry. "No other provisions of the merger agreement were amended, and it remains in full force and effect," according to Expedia's filing.
