Renamed Via Egencia, the travel management company is expected to leave the
Radius global network. Radius executive vice president for North America Dee
Runyan on Tuesday told
The Beat that her organization had already identified a
replacement and would announce it soon. Because of Via's venture capital
backing, she said,
the sale "did not come as a shock to us." Egencia
now claims a presence in more than 50 countries.
