The carrier in April
began selling the Economy Comfort product through Travelport-enabled points of sale in the United States and Canada, and since has expanded availability to nearly 150 countries, including all key corporate travel points of sale across every region. Travelport earlier this month
announced a new "long-term" distribution agreement with the carrier, which the global distribution system operator expected to include "greater access to Delta's merchandising products and services." In an agency FAQ, Delta indicated that "other Delta ancillary products" are not in the pipeline for availability through Travelport. "Additional ancillary products may be considered in the future," according to Delta.
