Carlson Wagonlit Travel integrated unused air ticket management technology into the CWT Online booking tool, backed by partner KDS.

Noting "joint investment" by the two companies, the travel management company indicated that CWT Document Bank is the first automated unused ticket management system integrated with the KDS Neo door-to-door trip-planning platform. CWT added that 1,800 clients around the globe currently subscribe to the CWT Document Bank service. Additional CWT Online enhancements expected "in the coming months" include integration with CWT's mobile app, new virtual payment options, expanded hotel content and deeper integration with CWT Portal, a single-sign-on website for travelers that provides program and destination information, access to designated booking systems and other tools.
