Amadeus signed a deal to distribute all 250,000 properties on Germany-based hotel portal HRS' database.

As a result, about 50,000 hotels that previously were distributed exclusively by HRS will be available through a global distribution system for the first time, according to Amadeus. The two companies plan to make access available to travel agents by the second quarter of 2012. HRS content also will be available in the Amadeus e-Travel Management corporate booking tool. The agreement makes HRS Amadeus' largest content provider.
