Altour Int’l In Acquisition Mode

Travel management company Altour International disclosed acquisitions of Memphis-based A & I Travel and United Kingdom-based Top Flight Travel Management and plans to announce a third acquisition in the coming months, according to a company official. Altour did not release the financial terms of the agreements.
