Air France-KLM sold 33.6 million of its shares of Amadeus IT Holding S.A., with net proceeds of €467 million,
The sale represented 7.5 percent of Amadeus share capital, leaving the aviation group with a 7.72 percent stake, according to Air France-KLM. Iberia and Lufthansa also continue to own 7.5 percent and 7.61 percent, respectively, of Amadeus.
