A Texas state court judge has postponed to August the trial start for American Airlines' antitrust lawsuit against Sabre,
the conclusion of
which will trigger the expiration of their full-content deal after a 14-day period, according to a
person familiar with the case. Court approval effectively would guarantee Sabre
subscribers access to AA's content for longer than previously anticipated. AA
last month asked the court to extend the June 13 trial start date by three
months, citing its bankruptcy restructuring.
