Wyndham Worldwide reported net income of $92 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2006
. On an adjusted basis, taking into account Wyndham's spin-off from Cendant during 2006, net income was $84 million, 11 percent higher than the comparable period from a year earlier. Lodging revenue increased 6 percent to $152 million while total, full-year 2006 revenue grew 11 percent to $3.8 billion.
