China Merchants Bank and AirPlus International will provide corporations with a new dual-currency payment solution

in China. AirPlus International Inc. president and CEO Richard Crum called the development "an industry first with the largest dual-currency credit card issuing bank in mainland China." The co-branded card will provide corporate users with both local Chinese and international data, and the ability to settle local transactions in the Chinese yuan and international transactions in either the U.S. dollar or yuan.
