Canada and the United Kingdom inked a new commercial aviation pact
that eliminates certain pricing restrictions and allows airlines on each side to expand service to third countries via the other's airports. Air Canada said it plans to grow a simplified pricing program while domestic rival WestJet hinted at "new strategic alliances."
