Booking Services International launched an upgraded version of its BSIDirect tool, which allows customers to compare and book internal and external meeting rooms

Users now can simultaneously view availability and book two internal meetings rooms with videoconferencing capabilities and add room reservations to Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes calendars. Launched in 2009, BSIDirect has a customizable, rules-driven system that allows, for example, internal meeting space to be prioritized over external venues.
