Air France KLM Group posted a €431 million (US$605 million) net loss for the quarter ended 30 June

, compared with a net profit of €132 million (US$185 million) a year earlier. The company said declines in passenger revenue (19 percent) and unit revenue (15 percent) came as "the global economic activity has stabilized at unprecedented low levels." Air France KLM said it is reviewing its medium-haul network, "both in terms of destinations and products," and plans to make adjustments starting early next year.
