Concur Offers Premium Training And Optimization Services

Expense management supplier Concur today announced the launch of a premium service offering for its clients, including analytical capabilities, configuration optimization and best practices modeling.

The premium services, available immediately, are designed to help clients with training and reporting after deployment of Concur's tools, according to the company. Concur experts will work onsite with customers to tailor training and reporting to each company's business needs.

In addition, Concur has added audit and analysis services for changes, expansions and feature deployments requested by clients. Concur also has added an international best practices offering that can help design deployment needs by country or region to fall in line with cultural or legislative requirements.

"In this difficult economic climate, companies of all sizes are seeking even more assistance in finding ways to increase operational efficiencies and drive down costs," Concur president and COO Raj Singh said in a statement. "The development of Concur Premium Services is an example of our focus on gaining additional insight into our clients' unique business circumstances and responding with timely, practical solutions that help them manage their companies more efficiently."

Concur currently claims a global customer base of more than 8,000 companies.
