BostonCoach and Dav El parent company Marcou Transportation Group has acquired the assets of Miami-based Worldwide Transportation, which filed for Chapter 11 reorganization this year. Worldwide Transportation's fleet consists of more than 70 vehicles providing service in 25 metropolitan areas, from which Marcou is creating Dav El of Miami. Also this week, Marcou agreed to sell its Raleigh-Durham motor coach business to one of its strategic partners, Academy Bus.
