Chauffeured booking service Blacklane has hired former Daimler executive Ralf Echtler as COO and CFO. Echtler had worked for Daimler for 11 years, most recently managing Daimler Financial Services' Ride4Hire business unit, which owns the booking app Mytaxi, as well as shares of Blacklane. He also served on Blacklane's advisory board. He will manage customer service, driver relations, finance and legal at Blacklane.
