Delta Air Lines subsidiary Delta Private Jets plans to equip its fleet of more than 70 aircraft with Gogo Biz 4G service, enabling passengers to make calls and send texts during flights. After flight testing, Delta plans to launch the technology in the second quarter of 2017.
