Delta Air Lines has resumed service but canceled
about 300 flights after a power outage in Atlanta early Monday morning affected
its computer systems and operations around the world. The carrier cautioned
that travelers should expect delays, cancellations and long wait times for
customer service. Delta also issued a waiver to allow any travel on Monday to
be rebooked for travel on or before Friday without penalty.
