Alaska Airlines had the best on-time performance among North
American carriers in February, according to FlightStats. Flights are considered
to be on time if they arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival
times. Delta came in second, Spirit came in third and Virgin America came in a
close fourth. Southwest was the only one of the four largest North American
carriers to perform below average of this month.
