Curt Carlson, Herb Kelleher, Bill Marriott, Harold Seligman and John Fentener van Vlissingen on Monday were inducted into the Business Travel Hall of Fame.

These industry titans joined nine members from the inaugural 2011 class. Founder of Carlson Companies, Carlson was inducted posthumously by his daughter, Carlson chair Marilyn Carlson Nelson. Kelleher created Southwest Airlines and the widely copied low-cost airline model, Marriott built Marriott International as CEO for 40 years, Seligman was the father of corporate travel management consulting and van Vlissingen created BCD Travel and invested in such related companies as TRX and Park 'N Fly.
