Coupa IPO raises $153 million

Spend management software provider Coupa closed its initial public offering on Oct. 5. It sold 8.5 million shares at $18 each, bringing in a total of $153.2 million. Coupa announced it was planning to go public on Sep. 12. Analysts have speculated the funds will go toward acquisitions.
